Chaplaincy
Pastoral/Spiritual Care is a general term which encompasses all ways in which attention is paid to the spiritual nature of the human person and, in particular in the healthcare environment, to the spiritual issues that may arise in the context of illness, suffering, life and death.
Chaplains and their assistants are available at Echuca Regional Health to provide pastoral care to patients, families and their friends, contributing to a supportive atmosphere conducive to spiritual, emotional and physical healing.
