Education Department

The Education Department at Echuca Regional Health is a rapidly expanding department with a range of roles and tasks covering all staff members. 

Our roles include:

- Coordination of Apprenticeships and Traineeships
- Provision of clinical teaching to clinical staff within the ward areas;
- Coordination services for all student placements irrespective of which discipline;
- Providing education services both within Echuca Rergional Health and in the broader community, and
- Maintaining a staffing register of all competencies undertaken within the organisation. These range from Basic and Advanced Life Support to non-clinical competencies such as Food Handling. 

The Department is currently responsible to the Director of Nursing.
