The Blue Ribbon Foundation Echuca Branch and Echuca Regional Health -
Securing a Healthy Future

The Echuca Branch of the Blue Ribbon Foundation directly supports the work of the Echuca Regional Health Emergency Department, by providing funds to purchase much needed equipment and special projects.

At the commemoration ceremony and celebration of the first year of the Echuca Branch, a commitment was made to purchase the first piece of equipment to assist the staff of Echuca Regional Health's Emergency Department to provide the best possible care for the Echuca-Moama community.

A new portable ventilator valued at $30,000 has been purchased, and will replace the current model which is 17 years old and no longer compatible with Rural Ambulance Victoria for patient transfers.

Without the dedication and passion from this relatively small yet highly active committee, upgrading such vital equipment would be difficult.
